One of the leading fruits of these classics is apricots. Apricots, which owe their color to the summer sun, are removed from their seeds. It is blended with sugar. If possible, let it sit in the pot overnight. The next day, it is boiled until it thickens. Then it is carefully jarred and eaten with pleasure. This time, we wanted to reduce the amount of sugar a little and enjoy the taste of apricots more. You can add some more sugar if you wish.
