How to make Anchovy Bird?
Ingredients
- 1kg anchovy
- 1/2 bunch of spring onion
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 1 onion
- 3 tablespoons corn flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 2 cups sunflower oil
- 1 cup corn flour (for coating)
- 4 sorted anchovies are placed side by side. It is filled, covered with an anchovy and squeezed slightly.
