Tea doesn't go dry like that. Coffee wouldn't be complete without something sweet on the side of the plate. We think they would be upset if they heard that delicious chocolate was hidden inside the puff pastry dough. "It wouldn't be possible without them," they would say. We have a pastry recipe that will make your moments of pleasure even more enjoyable.

Start by taking the puff pastry, a real world brand in terms of practicality, out of the freezer. Wake it up from its beauty sleep and leave it to unravel slowly. Fill them with delicious melted chocolate. Give their shapes. Throw it in the oven. Remove them when they puff up slightly and become crispy.

Enjoy it either during your tea hours or during your coffee breaks.

4
Remove the puff pastry from the freezer and thaw it.
-
5
While your dough is thawing, fill a deep pot with hot water. Place a bowl, taking care not to touch the bottom, and start melting the chocolates in a double boiler. Add butter to your melted chocolate and remove it from the stove.
-
6
Lightly flour the thawed dough. Roll it out with the help of a rolling pin.
-
7
Spread the melted chocolate on one of the dough you rolled out. Put another layer of dough on top. Start wrapping it in a roll form, opposite each other from both ends. Join in the middle. Cut it into small pieces with the help of a knife.
-
8
Repeat this process for other dough. Place the tiny rolls you cut on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Apply the reserved egg yolk onto your dough using a brush.
-
9
If you wish, sprinkle granulated sugar on it and bake at 180 degrees. When it is browned and slightly puffed, remove it from the oven and enjoy.
