Ingredients

  • 1 tea glass of yoghurt
  • 1.5 tea glasses of melted butter
  • 1 tea glass of oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 tea glass of semolina
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 glasses of water
  • 3.5 cups of granulated sugar
  • 1 slice of lemon
  • 100 grams of walnuts

Instructions

  1. 1

The reason we use yoghurt is to ensure that it has a soft texture. Thanks to the baking soda, it rises to the perfect consistency. The oil it contains makes it light and melts in the mouth. If you wish, you can also add walnuts. We wish you good luck in advance and invite you to our recipe for kalburabastı with yoghurt, which will be one of the most delicious treats.
