A recent favorite, the most delicious baked potato side dish, is the leaf potato recipe. Thinly sliced whole potatoes with their skins are cooked in the oven. Afterwards, cheddar cheese placed between the slices is added to them. It is delicious served hot with colorful bell peppers sautéed in butter, corn kernels, parsley, pitted green olive pieces and spices.

For those who say that this is a potato dish in itself rather than a side dish, let's take the recipe.
-
3
Clean the skins of the potatoes, whose skins are thin and as uniform as possible, by brushing them.
-
4
After washing the potatoes in plenty of water, dry them with a paper towel. You don't need to peel the potatoes.
-
5
Slice the potatoes thinly into rings, avoiding their bases. It is important that they are sliced as thinly as possible.
-
6
Sprinkle salt on the potatoes that you have oiled with an egg brush, then bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
-
7
Cut the colorful bell peppers in half, remove their seeds, and chop them into very small pieces. Finely chop the parsley leaves. Cut the pitted green olives to match the peppers.
-
8
Heat the butter in a wide-based pan. Saute the chopped colored bell peppers in butter.
-
9
Continue to saute the mixture in which you add pitted green olive pieces and boiled corn grains for a short time over low heat.
-
10
Add finely chopped parsley, salt and freshly ground black pepper to the sauté mixture and keep it aside.
