Levain Cookie
How to make Levain Cookies?
Ingredients
- 250 grams soft butter
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1pack vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons of starch
- 2.5 cups (heaping) flour
- 100 grams of milk chocolate
- 100 grams of dark chocolate
- 1 cup walnuts (coarsely chopped)

Here is a taste that everyone should definitely taste at least once in their life. Levain cookies will surprise everyone who tastes them. Then let's go to the kitchen.

Beat butter, sugar and vanilla. Add the eggs and whisk again. Add baking powder, baking soda, salt, starch and flour and mix.

Chopped chocolates and walnuts are added and mixed, then left in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Greaseproof paper is laid on 2 separate baking trays. 16 cookies in total, 8 on each tray, are formed into balls by tearing them off the cookie dough and gathering them with our hands, without trying to roll them.

Bake 10 trays each individually in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
