  • 5 tablespoons of thyme
  • 2 tablespoons of salt

    Maraş tarhana, which contains plenty of yoghurt as its main ingredient and meets its carbohydrate needs with beaten wheat (wheat), requires a special effort to make. Boiled for hours, the tattoos are combined with yoghurt and flavored with thyme or other popular spices. It is left to dry on a special apparatus for days.
