Ingredients

  • 2 cups of dried beans (soaked overnight)
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tablespoon pepper paste
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1/2 tea glass of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 4.5 cups hot water (enough to cover the beans)

    If you have soaked your dried beans the night before and want to cook them in a meaty way, your dried beans will be ready to be eaten in 25-30 minutes.     4.5 cups hot water (enough to cover the beans)

    Wash the beans that you soaked overnight and let them drain.

    Chop the onion and fry it.

    Add the tomato paste.

    Continue roasting until the smell disappears.

    Add the beans and fry for a while.
