  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 100 grams of dark chocolate
  • 1 glass of cold water
  • 1 bowl pistachios

Instructions

  1. 1

We are ready to be a guest in your kitchen with a recipe that is loved by everyone, young and old, and will make people happy with their sweet cravings. You will delight your palate with the Supangle profiterole recipe. Bon appetit in advance.

  2. 2

Preparation of the dough; Put butter in the pot and melt it. Then add water, sugar and salt and boil over medium heat. Add the flour slowly (it will immediately form a dough consistency).

  3. 3

Mash the dough over low heat for 3-4 minutes. Let's put the dough in another bowl and let it cool. After it has cooled, break the eggs one by one (whisk them half every time we add an egg) and add the vanilla last.

  4. 4

Put the dough in a squeeze bag and squeeze it intermittently onto a tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees (without fan) for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.

  5. 5

Preparation of the cream; Milk, sugar, starch and flour are put into the pot and cooked. After cooking, it is left to cool. Lastly, whipped cream is added and mixed with a mixer.

  6. 6

Preparation of supangle; Put milk, flour, sugar and cocoa together in the pot and stir until it boils. After it boils for a while, take it off the stove and add butter and chocolate and mix until combined.

  7. 7

Then cold water is poured and passed through the blender. Since the Supangle became more thick after it cooled, I added a little more water (5-6 tablespoons) by eye (to make it a little more fluid). Lastly, add peanuts and mix.

  8. 8

Let's fill the cooled profiteroles with cream and pour our supangle on top. Enjoy your meal.
